How we get paid

Our customers use GoCardless for their convenience (and ours!).  GoCardless is the number one direct debit provider in the UK; it uses the direct debit system to collect your payment after the clean has taken place, but unlike a monthly direct debit you only pay after we have completed your clean. This is fully automated and protected by Direct Debit Guarantee, offering you full protection.

It’s very simple:

• We send you a secure link
• You enter your payment details through the link, so that you can pay us on an ongoing basis
• You will be notified of each payment before it is collected via the usual invoice we send after your clean has been completed
